Scenarios

Save what-if adjustments as named plans and compare them side by side.

Saving a scenario

A scenario is a named set of overrides on top of your real plan — "credit payment £300/month", "ISA contribution £500/month" — saved so you can revisit it. Each override can carry a time window ("from June 2026", "for 24 months"), so changes start and stop when you mean them to. Your base data never changes; scenarios are layered on at projection time.

You don't have to start from scratch: pick from ready-made templates (common what-ifs) and tweak from there. Scenarios are a Pro feature.

Each change is an override layered onto your real plan at projection time — with an optional time window, so “£500/mo into the ISA from June” starts exactly when you mean it to. Your underlying data never changes.

Comparing scenarios

Scenarios → Compare overlays selected scenarios on one chart, switchable between metrics such as net worth, cash, and net interest. A milestone table shows each scenario's value at 1, 5, 10, 20 and 30 years with the difference from baseline, and a goal achievement table shows which of your goals each scenario reaches — and when.
